Thank you for visiting LotusTricycle on Etsy.

I am a one-woman crafter. I work full time as a Qualitative Analyst in the social services/child welfare field, am a single mom, and try to get a few minutes to create my lovely art each day. :)

When you purchase something from me, you are buying a piece of wearable art. If it is something I have sewn, you are getting many hours of thoughtfully placed stitches - the smaller, the more detailed the stitches become. One of a kind.

I do not accept custom orders at this time.

Payment

Please make payments via PayPal within five days.

I will mail merchandise within five business days of cleared payment.

If you click "buy" on the item and realize you no longer wish to purchase the item, please be kind and decent and let me know as soon as possible so that we can arrange a release for each of us - I get my fees returned and you don't get bad Karma. Thank you.

Shipping

USPS Priority or First Class. You may request insurance or a tracking number for an additional charge.

I do not offer discounted shipping on sewn items.

It is important to note: Shipping charges ALSO include packaging/supplies cost as well as transportation fees.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you receive a damaged item, please contact me immediately.

All sales are final.

Additional Policies and FAQs

After five business days of no payment/no contact regarding payment, items will be returned to my shop.
