November, 2009: Welcome to my Etsy Shop.

I'll be bringing out new designs for the season over the next few weeks, so be sure to check back to see what's new.

All jewelry items come to you wrapped in pretty paper gift bags, but if you would you like to send something as a gift and would like to enclose a gift card just let me know what you'd like to say on it in the notes to seller on checkout and I'd be happy to include one.

Shipping

Please note:
1. Shipping: Most orders are sent via Canada Post Light Packet shipping. Canada Post's "guidelines" for delivery to the United States is 6 to 10 business days and longer to other parts of the world, so please take this into account when purchasing items needed by a certain date.

2. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs and the items must be returned in their original condition. Items are packaged with care to arrive in the same condition they left in. If however, anything happens beyond my control in transit, please return the item for a replacement.

Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, I will happily refund the purchase price upon return of the item. Please contact me within a week of receiving your item to make arrangements for return.
