Thank you for dropping by Lollipop Moon and I hope to "see" you again. Please take a moment to read through my policies and contact me with any questions you may have.

Payment

Immediate payment is due after purchase. At this time I am able to accept Paypal only.

If payment is not submitted immediately, you will receive a convo and email reminder. After 3 days of non-payment the transaction will be relisted and canceled.

Please be aware that paying through Paypal with an eCheck (transferring funds from your bank account) will take up to 4 business days to clear. Your items will be shipped after payment clears.

Shipping

Please make sure your paypal address is current and correct. This is the address that your order will ship to unless otherwise specified in the notes to seller.

All US orders ship First Class or Priority mail, as specified in the listing and are shipped by 48 hours unless contacted by myself, sometimes life throws in emergencies and uncontrollable circumstances just for fun, so please be understanding.
International orders ship First Class unless special arrangements are made via convo.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duty taxes. Please note international first class can take as little as a week or up to 4-8 weeks depending on location. I will ship priority if you prefer and send you a revised invoice, but beware it is rather expensive!

If you would like insurance on your purchase please contact me to discuss the rate and I will send a revised invoice.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please notify me immediately if you are unhappy with your purchase in any way and I will work with you to resolve the situation as best possible.

I will not refund for someone who has buyers remorse when the product is shipped to your address and you decide you don't want/like the item. If you catch me before I send the item, that can be resolved.
