Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. If payment is not remitted within 3 days of order, the transaction will be cancelled. I accept PayPal which is easy to use; you don’t even need an account. Through PayPal, you can pay with credit card, bank account or check.

OTHER payment option:
I only accept "other" as a payment option for trades. If you have purchased something and opted "other" as the payment, NOTHING WILL BE SHIPPED to you unless both parties (you and myself) have come to a conclusion in a fair trade prior to the purchase. If you are interested in a trade or have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

Shipping

I ship Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and send all orders via First Class Mail. If you order on a non-shipping day and need it shipped immediately, contact me and I will do my best to accomidate your request.

Please be sure that your Etsy and Paypal shipping address are the same. If they are not, please include the correct shipping address in the “note to seller” option during check out. If you do not specify the correct shipping address, your order will be shipped to the address chosen during checkout on Etsy.

I am not responsible for lost, late or damaged packages. If you are not confident in the USPS's ability to deliver your purchase at all, on time, or in the condition you purchased it in, I strongly suggest purchasing insurance. If you are interested in purchasing insurance, please contact me before paying with PayPal so I may adjust the shipping cost.

Refunds and Exchanges

At this time I offer only exchanges and ONLY if the item you received is not the item that you ordered (don't worry, it hadn't happened yet). In that case, I will gladly send the proper item but only AFTER I have received the incorrect item back (I will of course cover shipping). I do my best to represent my work properly and honestly. If you have any questions about an item, please contact me before purchasing.

Additional Policies and FAQs

The glass used for my pendant necklaces is natural glass that may sometimes show some slight imperfections i.e. bubbles, ripples etc. I believe these imperfections add to the charm, uniqueness and individuality of each piece.
