Payment

1) Paypal/Credit Card preferred. Credit Cards are accepted via Paypal, without you having a Paypal account. Simply select Paypal as your payment option, and then follow the link to pay with your credit card.

2) Certified Check or Money Order are accepted. If you are paying with this method please include that information when you order.

Shipping

When packaging for shipping, I reuse as many shipping items as possible; however, be assured that your item will be securely packaged so that it arrives in the same condition that it left my studio. This not only allows me to charge a lower price for my items, it makes Mother Nature happy and creates good Karma!!

Your purchase will be shipped within 3 business days, unless otherwise noted in my Shop Announcement.

All domestic purchases are shipped via United States Postal Service by either First Class or Priority Mail depending on weight.

All international orders are mailed via USPS by First Class Mail International. International customers may request to upgrade shipping or add insurance but will be charged the additional cost. Please note that any custom fees or duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Any customer-requested change to standard shipping arrangements may incur a higher shipping charge.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied, any item may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price within 14 days of receipt, unless otherwise noted in the listing. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Additional Policies and FAQs

RESERVES: You may request a reserve on any item for up to 48 hours with no obligation. The reserve will be removed after 48 hours if the item is not purchased.

CUSTOM ORDERS: Simply contact me with what you are looking for, and I will do my best to make it happen.

COPYRIGHT INFO: When you buy one of my pieces, you are buying only the item itself. I retain all rights to the image and its future uses. Images are not to be re-distributed, copied, imitated, or misappropriated in any way except by permission from me. All original work and limited edition reproductions are copyrighted by Kelly M. King.
