Payment

I am happy to accept payment via Direct Bank Deposit from Australian customers. Just let me know in the "Message to Seller" box upon checkout and I will forward the relevant details to you :-)
Customers outside Australia can pay via Paypal. Even if you don't have a Paypal account you can still pay via Paypal using your credit card. Let me know if you need a hand with this process :-)

Shipping

I am happy to ship to any destination in the world :-)

Shipping Insurance is available upon request for a small additional charge. If you would like to have your item insured just send me a message so I can let you know the particular insurance rate for your item :-)

If you do not choose to have your item insured I can not take responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in the mail. Thank you :-)

Refunds and Exchanges

All items are made with a lot of care, and all items are described in a concise manner with accurate measurements and dimensions listed in the item description, so you can shop with confidence. If you have any questions about an item please don't hesitate to contact me via Etsy, and I will be glad to assist you :-)

I can not accept returns or give refunds for items that are damaged by misuse from the customer, or if the customer changes their mind.
