Payment

Payment:
Please pay by PayPal. You can pay securely using your credit card, whether or not you have a PayPal account - and they will deal with any currency conversion automatically - simple!

Shipping

Shipping:
* I aim to post all items within 2 working days of receiving a cleared PayPal payment.
* Within the UK, items will be posted via first class post.
* Outside the UK, items will be sent via airmail (this usually takes between one and three weeks to arrive at its destination).
* If you require insurance or a 'signed for' service, please contact me before payment so that I can amend your invoice.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not happy with your item, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will do my best to sort out any problems amicably.

Import Duties/Customs Fees:
These charges (payable by the buyer) may be liable on some higher value items - please check with your country's customs & excise office if in doubt, before purchase.
