Thank you for visiting Half Moon Beads. Inside you will find handmade lampwork beads and handmade jewelry. Each item is one of a kind made by me, Terri Carol. I live in Half Moon Bay, California and am a member of ISGB (International Society of Glass Beadmakers).

Payment

Payments
I accept Paypal which is to be paid at time of purchase.

Sales Tax
I charge 8.25% sales tax for residence of the State of California.

Cancellation Policy:
Once you have purchased an item, the sale cannot be cancelled.

Shipping

Shipping
All items are shipped to United States addresses via USPS Priority Mail within 1 business day for a flat fee of 5.00 and each additional item can be shipped for no additional charge as long as it is purchased prior to the mailing of the first item.

Mailing insurance can be purchased for an additional cost of:

$7.45 plus $0.95 per $100 or fraction thereof over $600 to $5,000.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refund Policy:
If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased from me, I will gladly accept returns or exchanges. Buyer will pay all associated shipping charges for the return and/or exchange.

If your item has been received damaged because of USPS shipping and you did not purchase shipping insurance, no refunds or exchanges will be provided.

Please "Convo" me immediately if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase so that we can immediately resolve any problems.
