My policy is that I want to make things that the buyer feels passionate about owning, be it an art scarf, a Qubicle Quilt, a QQ Teenie, or any of the other miscellaneous what-have-you liable to come out of my little workshop. Because of my desire to have you absolutely love whatever you purchase, I will accept returns if you find that you don't love what you get. I'm hoping you've read all the particulars about your item before purchasing it and aren't just experiencing buyer's remorse though, because that would be plain not nice. Custom orders don't have the same guarantee, simply because they take more work and aren't usually able to be sold to someone else in my experience. But if you're unhappy with anything EVER, just let me know what I can do to make it better. Happy happy!!

Payment

I accept PayPal because it smells the best.

Shipping

I ship USPS because I think they need my money the most, but I can always mix it up a bit if you need something different. Between FedEx and UPS I prefer the FedEx guys, because they have cuter uniforms.
