Welcome to NothingLikeIt's shop of Wonders!
Everything in this shop is a "one-of-a-kind" creation and no molds are used in any of the clay characters.
Products are created in a smoke-free, pet-free environment. No actual critters were harmed in the creation of my 'Critter Coasters'.

Payment

This shop proudly accepts PayPal for all purchases. All orders will be shipped within 3 business days once payment is confirmed. Unless arrangements are made via a convo, payment must be received within 3 business days of a transaction. If payment is not received within this time period, the order will be canceled and the item will be returned to inventory.

Florida residents - when your pay for your purchase through Paypal you will be charged 6% sales tax on your order. Wish I could avoid it but hey, living in paradise has its' price!

Shipping

Shipping - Items ship via USPS First Class mail or Air Letter Post (Canada). My shipping costs are listed for the United States and Canada. Contact me for international shipping costs and I'll revise any listing for your international purchase.
** Any taxes or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer and have not been included in the shipping charges.**

All products ship within 5 business days of the order unless a delay is noted on the main page of the store (vacation, etc.)
Shipping is FREE (for the U.S. and Canada) if you order 4 or more products from my shop at one time. I will issue a Paypal credit after payment or if you convo me before payment I'll adjust the invoice.
I try to charge a fair price for shipping and almost always absorb some of the cost to get a product to you. Sometimes, when purchasing multiple items, the shipping total can be slightly higher than the actual cost of shipping and packaging. If the actual shipping cost is at least $1 less than what you paid for shipping, I will do my best to refund the difference back to you.

Need an item really quick!?! Just let me know and I'll work hard to get the product to you as quickly as possible!

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns - I work very hard to make sure customers are happy with the products they receive. If you are not happy with the finish or workmanship of something I have created I will be happy to issue a refund once I have received the returned product. You must pay for return shipping yourself.

Special requests like gift wrapping and gift cards can be accommodated - just ask!

Custom Orders - I LOVE custom orders. It can be a family member, your pet, or someone/something famous - your only limit is your imagination! Custom order prices range from $22-$30, depending on the size and complexity of the piece.
