Thanks for visiting my shop.
Below is an outline of my basic shop policies if you have any questions feel free to contact me through Etsy's "converstion" system.

If you see an item that you like but need more than one contact me, I may have more available. I will post the aditional items. They will them be available for purchase through Etsy.

Payment

I accepy credit card payments through PayPal. You do not however have to have a paypal account to pay with a credit card.

Shipping

All orders within the US are sent via Priority Mail.

International orders are sent first class. If there is another method of shipment that you would prefer please contact me. Customs/duty charges are the responsibility of the buyer

Your order will ship within 2 business days of payment.

Refunds and Exchanges

Your satisfaction my number one priority. If you recieve your order and you are not satisfied for any reason let me know within 7 days. If you would like a refund please send me the item you purchased in its origional condition within 14 days of receipt. A full refund will be given minus shipping.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I do accept wholesale orders for random lots of sock yarn and roving. I do not have colorways however if there is a certain look that you would like, certain colors, striping yarn we can probibly work that out. You must order in 2 hanks of each color that are identical when you order.
