Payment

At this time, I only accept payment through PayPal. Payment is expected within 3 days of purchase.

Shipping

Items will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt of payment. If this is not possible, I will contact the buyer via email. For customers in the US, I provide delivery tracking and confirmation through USPS. I will not be held liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. If you wish to purchase insurance, please convo me for an adjusted invoice.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds on wearable items are only given if items are received damaged in the mail and insurance has been purchased by the buyer. On non-wearable items, refunds will be given if the item arrives in non-working order or is received damaged in the mail and insurance has been purchased by the buyer. Custom orders will not be refunded. Please contact me within 7 days of receipt if a refund is warranted before sending the item back. Buyer will bear the cost for return shipping.

Additional Policies and FAQs

All items are made of brand new materials. They are made and stored in a non-smoking home that is shared with two non-smoking, non-shedding dogs and a parrot (who doesn't smoke either).
