Thank you for taking the time to check out my shop! :)

I get 'bored' easily, so I like to make dabble in many things. I believe in offering good quality products backed by 'the best' customer service.

Things are always changing - once I have mastered something, I am off to find something 'new' to try. :) Some items stick, some items don't. *lol*

My personal favorite is SOAP! :) I love how creative one can be with soap. I wish I had more time than I do, so I could really dive in. With 3 little kids, 2 who are special needs, it is hard to be comfortable working with Lye. If I am not totally frapped out by the time they go to bed, that is when I get to 'play'. *grin*

Payment

I *LOVE* Paypal!

It is the safest method for both the sell and buyer - and I find it to be rather convenient.

I will also accept money orders/personal checks. Items paid for in this manner will not ship until the check clears.

Please pay within 3 days of your purchase. If you are unable to do so, please contact me.

Shipping

I ship pre-made items within 1 day of cleared payment.

Items I make based on your order can take up to 3 days. Depending on the complexity of the item and if there is a need for the item/s to harden for shipping.

I ship first class mail thru stamps.com

I do my best to only charge 'actual' shipping charges. If you order more than one item and you paid way above and beyond in shipping - I will reimburse you.

I love to use Flat Rate priority envelopes/boxes. If you are purchasing numerous items, please wait for an adjusted invoice -there may be enough for me to stuff an envelope or box. :)

Refunds and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is my #1 goal!! :)

I do my best to describe my items so you know what you are buying. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please convo me so we can address and remedy the situation.

If you do not receive your item in a timely manner - convo me. It might have got lost in the mail. (This has happened before.)

I do encourage you to purchase shipping insurance on 'costly' items.

I will accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receipt of the item - If you are not happy with your purchase, please convo me and I will do what I can to ensure your satisfaction.

You will be responsible for return postage.
