Payment

I only accept paypal/credit cards for items being shipped, but if you are in the DC area and want to pick your purse up, you may choose the pay by check option.

Shipping

All Book Purses are shipped USPS Priority, and the price includes delivery confirmation and insurance.

All Wallets are shipped USPS First Class, including delivery confirmation and insurance.

If you would like to upgrade your shipping, I am happy to send you a revised bill.

Please make sure your paypal address is correct, as this is the address I use for shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

Any purse or wallet may be returned within 30 days. I do not accept returns on custom orders. Any order may be exchanged within 60 days. All damage or loss during shipping is covered by insurance.

An additional note. All wallets wear out eventually. When using recycled materials, it's hard to predict how they will behave in all circumstances. I take pride in the quality of my work, but time and everyday use will eventually take their toll. If your wallet wears out down the line, you can send it back to me and get half off a new, custom wallet.
