MDesign's Shop Policies

Payment

All prices listed in the store are in US dollars. Payment for a purchase must be received within two days of the order, if not the sale will be cancelled. If your Etsy and Paypal address does not match, please contact me about the correct address.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which will take 2-3 business days to arrive. Insurance is included in the given shipping charge. I will ship to your Paypal address unless other specifications are given. International sales will be shipped First Class with included insurance costs.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns are dealt with on a case by case basis. Within 5 days of receiving the item we must be contacted about the return. Once the item is returned undamaged you will receive a refund for the cost of the item, minus the shipping costs.
