Payment

Tugboat Printshop accepts the following forms of payment: CHECK, CASH (in person), MONEY ORDER, CREDIT CARD, and PAYPAL.

Please contact us to determine your total bill, including shipping rates, before sending payments by check or money order. Please do not send cash in the mail!

Payments by CHECK or MONEY ORDER should be made out to "Tugboat Printshop" and sent to:

All print orders can be affordably, custom framed by our Exhibition Frameshop before shipping. If you are interested in purchasing prints framed, just email us to request a frame quote. Visit the Frameshop section of our personal webpage for more details & options. www.tugboatprintshop.com

Tugboat Printshop is open daily by appointment in Pittsburgh.
You can arrange a visit to our shop to see our prints in person by calling us at 412.621.0663.

Shipping

Payment must be received in full before orders are shipped.

Prints are packaged/protected in clear, resealable sleeves with coroplast backing and are ready for gifting, propping up on a shelf, or safely transporting until framed. All prints are packaged for shipping in sturdy, tidy cardboard packaging. Prints shipped in the US are insured for the value of your order.

Large scale prints (framed & unframed), framed prints of any size, and prints on canvas are sent insured FedEx; small prints (unframed) are packaged flat and sent through the good 'ol USPS. Packages shipped within the United States usually take 2-3 days to arrive from date of shipment.

Orders ship from Pittsburgh in 3-5 days from date payment clears. If you need faster shipment or other special delivery needs, please contact us directly.

Bear in mind that additional charges may apply to orders requiring special delivery, rush delivery, or international shipping.

Tugboat Printshop will require that you confirm your shipping address if your PAYPAL address differs from the address you list in ETSY.

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final.

If your order is taking an unusually long time to arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we do our best to resolve any problems.
