I will combine shipping for items purchased in my 3 shops ~ Please wait for my revised invoice before paying.

Your complete satisfaction is my goal ~ please contact me with your questions.

Payment

:: I accept PayPal (easiest & preferred), credit cards & e-checks through PayPal or your personal check or postal money order.
:: Paying by PayPal or e-checks/credit cards through PayPal ~ Receipt of your payment is due within 72 hours of purchase.
:: Paying by Personal Check or Postal Money Order ~ Receipt is due within 10 days of purchase.
:: If I have not received your PayPal payment or heard from you within 48 hours from my attempts to contact you after the sale, I will void the sale & re-list the item.

Shipping

:: DOMESTIC - USA ::
~ Items are shipped within 3 days of your cleared payment via USPS First Class Mail.
~ Shipping charges include Delivery Confirmation to protect both you & me.
~ Once the item(s) has been mailed you will be contacted.
~ If you would like Shipping Insurance, contact me & an adjusted invoice will be sent.

:: INTERNATIONAL : :
I ship internationally!
~ If you are interested in an item, send me a conversation with your location.
~ I will box & weigh your items at my post office to get an accurate shipping quote for you ~ this may take a day or two.
~ Do not be surprised if the shipping cost for heavier items is more than the item cost!
~ Once we know the shipping cost, you'll let me know if you want to purchase the item. If you do, you'll complete Etsy's check-out & I'll send you a revised invoice through PayPal for your payment.
~ Items are shipped within one week of cleared payment via USPS 1st Class International.
~ I am not responsible for any customs charges that may occur for any reason.
~ Shipping Insurance is secured for every package & the cost will be included in the shipping quote.

Refunds and Exchanges

:: If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason I offer returns & exchanges.
:: Item(s) must be returned & received within 14 days after you received your purchase. It must be in its original condition.
:: Original Shipping Costs will be subtracted from your refund and/or exchange. You are responsible for return shipping.

Additional Policies and FAQs

:: LOST PACKAGES ::
~ If a package goes missing I will replace the item(s). If an item(s) cannot be replaced I will issue a full refund.

~ Delivery Confirmation for domestic packages serves as proof of delivery. If you report an item missing but the Confirmation indicates receipt, no refund will be issued.

~ Shipping Insurance is provided for all international packages so you need to contact me if a package does not arrive.

*Please Note: International packages are not considered lost until 30 days after shipping.
