Welcome

Policies can be a bummer but we all need them to protect ourselves! So here they are;

Payment

Payment is expected within 3 days of your purchase. If you are sending a money order, please send me a convo so I have a 'heads up' in case it doesn't arrive in the allotted three day time frame. I will take personal checks however, item will only be shipped when check is received and cleared. If payment is not received, or a convo has not been sent within that three day time frame, I will assume you do not want the item and I will relist it for sale.

Shipping

I recently changed how I ship my jewelry. It was Priority Mail, but then I opened my bead shop in which I ship beads First Class Mail, and what I discovered is that the packages arrive in the same time frame, and they are less expensive. Now I can add a delivery confirmation to your package! So shipping charges for US went down to 2.50/.50 from 2.60/1.00.

Insurance is optional, but highly recommended. I will not be held responsible for items lost in the mail. So please, purchase insurance! Send me a convo prior to paying paypal so I can send you an updated invoice.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do want you to be happy with your orders so I do offer refunds. PLEASE READ:

If you are not satisfied with your order, please convo me within 2 days of receipt. A refund will be given, minus the shipping charges on the return. Refunds will be given in the same form payment was originally made. Refund will not be given until item is received by me in the mail, and in it's original condition.
