Welcome

All of our shirts are screened by hand and are done on a per order basis. Each design we print is an open run, made to your specific order. This means that once you've made your purchase, we'll order your shirt & get to silk screening as soon as it hits our kitchen counter.
Because items are hand screened, they may be different than the item listed; but as you know, that is part of the joy of handmade. When you order a shirt be sure to note the size and color (if applicable) in the comments section of the order form.

We screenprint only on "sweatshop-free" American Apparel clothing and accessories. A size chart will be included for each individual listing. Note that some items are unisex and that American Apparel clothes tend to run small. If you don't like your shirts snug, ordering a size up is the safe way to go.

Payment

We will only begin screen printing your order when we have received full payment through PayPal.

Shipping

Since our printed items are made as they are ordered, we will have your order complete and shipped out to you within 7-10 days. We ship all of our shirts USPS Priority so they should arrive to you in 2-3 business days once shipped. If you would like a tracking number (delivery confirmation) or insurance on the item those can be added to the shipping price. Please let us know.

Kismets are ready for immediate shipment & will be shipped out on the next business day following purchase.

Before placing an order, please check to make sure that your address on file with PayPal matches your address on file with Etsy. We will ship your item to the address listed in PayPal.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns/Refunds will be taken into account on an individual basis. Please contact us if there is an issue with your item or if you need to cancel your order prior to it being shipped.
