As a "Grand Opening Special", my first three listings are sale priced. Why these three items? Becuse they were on the top of the storage box: First ones out are the first ones up!

All items made and packed in a non-smoking home. Items using wool will have that noted in the description, and although generally, our dear furballs are not allowed to "help" me... a few bits of dog hair may be "decorating" some items.

Payment

Payment may be made through Pay Pal-- this is my preferred method. I can take credit cards directly, for US customers, if you prefer not to go through PayPal.

Canada, Mexico, and overseas: must use PayPal.

Payment expected within 3 days of close of sale.

Shipping

All shipments will be to billing address, or address supplied by PayPal. Local buyers may pick up in person, and will not be charged a shipping fee-- contact me to arrange this.

For USA: Shipping will be by US Mail, with delivery confirmation. If you supply an e-mail address, I will set the postal label order to notify you of delivery. I will ship Priority Mail, if the difference in price will be less than $1 between PM and Parcel Post. Smaller/lighter items may be shipped by 1st Class Mail. If you wish to "upgrade" to Priority Mail, the current costs are listed on www.USPS.com . All Priority Mail will be in new boxes or envelopes provided by USPS; Parcel Post and 1st Class Mail may use recycled materials,boxes and/or envelopes.

For Canada, Mexico and overseas delivery-- Payments must be made through Pay Pal, in US dollars, and to areas which can accept insured Global Priority mail. Additional shipping charges must be added to cover additional shipping costs (prices on www.USPS.com ).

Refunds and Exchanges

Please notify me by e-mail before making a return. Refunds do NOT include shipping charges.

Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt, in new (and still tagged) condition. Return shipping is at your own expense.

Custom and personalized items-- generally, no refunds will be made for personalized items. For non-personalized custom items, generally, if they are something salable at my usual venues, at least 50% will be refunded.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Yes, I can and will do custom work, time permitting. If the item will be similar to something I already have, the total price will be similar, as long as costs of supplies have not changed drastically. 50% of agreed upon price, non-refundable, is due prior to start of work, and the balance due within 3 days of notice of completion. Contact me for more information.

Wholesale-- contact me. I will need confirmation of your reseller certificate number for California; there will also be a minimum order, payment expected prior to shipping to you.
