Welcome to my 'gem heaven' shop, here the beauty of gemstones, lampwork and sterling silver are recreated into heavenly jewellery.

I do sell from another website so if a piece disappears from here it has probably sold elsewhere -sorry :)

Below is the shop policies where I hope you find all the information you need for happy shopping - if not please don't be afraid to ask me further questions.

Payment

Being in the Uk at the moment I only take paypal but if you are also in the UK and want to pay by cheque - send me a convo and I can sort that out for you.

Please pay immediately - many thanks.

You do not have to have an account with paypal - just use your credit card - its a secure way to pay and you are protected should anything go wrong.

Shipping

Please note all jewellery over $60 is only sent insured - in the UK the only way jewellery is covered is by sending this way. Remember my pieces are "one of a Kind" and cannot be repeatd exactly so sending in the 'best possible' way covers us both.

Anything under $60 I will post first class but if you prefer for me to send it registered please just send me a "convo"

Everything purchased here is wrapped in tissue paper, popped into a gem heaven pillow box, or box tied with ribbon and wrapped in bubble wrap.

*All custom charges are paid for by the buyer.

If there is any "overcharge" on shipping I will refund you :)

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be as happy with your purchase as I was creating it - if for any reason you are not happy please let me know within 48 hrs. I will refund you - or exchange quite happily but please be aware shipping is the buyers responsibility I will not be refunding you the shipping.

Please remember colours can look different on each and every computor monitor - so if you unsure of the colour - or you feel my description doesn't give you enough clues drop me a conversation to discuss further.
