Welcome to Lazy Cat Gifts shop policies!

Should you have any questions about an item, an order, or custom work, please contact us through Etsy. All items come from non-smoking homes.

If you would like an item gift-wrapped, please contact us for prices and to have that added to your invoice.

Payment

Payment is ONLY accepted through Paypal or by money order and is expected within 7 business days. Items will be shipped within 5 business days of receipt of payment (after (e)checks have cleared).

Shipping

Items over $60 and/or over 13 oz. are shipped by Priority Mail, or Priority Mail International where available. Other items are shipped First Class (International) mail. Other shipping methods may be available upon request, and you will be sent a corrected invoice. Items may be combined for a shipping discount. Insurance is available on request for an additional fee. International customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees incurred during shipment.

Refunds and Exchanges

Should you have a problem or concern with your order, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving it. Lazy Cat Gifts is not responsible for loss or damage incurred during shipping. If you purchased insurance, you will need to contact the shipping service.
