Customer Care Policy: I want you to love your product and get it promptly. Orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible, usually the next day, but always within three.

Payment

I accept PayPal, Kaybu Gift Certificates and RME. Items must be paid in full before shipped to you. PayPal eChecks must clear before items can be shipped, please note that this method will add a few days to expected ship date.

Shipping

~ Orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible, usually the next day, always within three. Whenever possible, I use recycled or already-used packing materials.

~ PayPal orders will be shipped to address provided by PayPal.

~ Domestic orders are shipped via USPS insured First Class mail.

~ International orders are sent USPS First Class International with private insurance unless otherwise requested. Additional fees for alternative shipping methods will the be the responsibility of the buyer. I cannot refund lost packages or those not received due to an incorrect address. The buyer is responsible for duty taxes that may be incurred.

~ Need your item overnighted? Contact me. If overnighting is possible for your order, I will send you an updated invoice for the difference in shipping plus a $5 rush fee.

~ Please see major holiday ordering deadlines posted in my shop announcements.

~Buyer will assume additional fees for requested shipping upgrades.

~Shipping internationally may cause your parcel to attract fees or duties when delivered. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds and Exchanges

Because my products are handmade as one-of-a-kind or limited edition pieces, I can only accept returns and exchanges of faulty products. If you have questions or are unhappy with your purchase please convo or email me at kaybudesign [!at] gmail.com

Request for returns/ exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of original purchase for store credit (minus original shipping and handling charges) as long as goods are in original condition, and accompanied by the receipt. Items must be shipped in original packaging and be insured for the full value of the item. Please retain tracking information as we cannot be responsible for products that do not reach me.

Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions
Kaybu gift certificates can only be redeemed for purchases and shipping charges from Kaybu. When redeeming this certificate at www.kaybu.etsy.com, please list the authenticity code in Notes To Seller and wait for an adjusted invoice before paying any balance due. If purchase does not total the amount printed above, a new certificate will be issued for the balance. Gift certificate has no cash value.

**Caring for your Kaybu Product**
Many of Kaybu's products hand hand or gently machine washed, always reshape and lay flat to dry. Dry cleaning is recommended for most handbags.

For handbags that have a light soil, wipe gently with a clean, damp cloth, using cold water. For more difficult stains, please consult your dry cleaner. If your product needs pressing at any time, I suggest using a household iron set at low temperature.


**Privacy Policy**
Your privacy and security is important and I will never sell or distribute any customer information, under any circumstance, including the information of customers who wish to join my e-mail list.
