** SHOP CLOSING -- PLEASE READ BELOW **
From October 30th to November 15th my job will be shipping me off to work remotely in a far far away place. The shop will be closed during that time because I am unable to cut and fold paper with my marshmellow fingers. My apologies for the sudden closure.

**Please allow a few days for replies on convos/emails.

Payment

- I accept Paypal as payment.

**If you are having issues with Paypal (its a fussy beast!) I can also invoice you directly through Google Checkout - this allows you to pay with your credit card safely!

- I usually wait 2 days for a payment after your order is submitted. If payment is not received within that time the order is canceled and reported to etsy.

Shipping

- Orders get shipped out withing 3 business days of paypal payment.

- Feel free to contact the shop if there are any shipping concerns (post office isn't nice to you, you want the card for an event that's coming up soon, etc) before placing an order.

- I ship to your Etsy address that you checked out with (not to your paypal address).

- All the orders are packaged very carefully, rigid, between sturdy layers of cardboard or boxed. Look out for something flat and rigid and covered in bright purple tape!

- All orders are sent First Class Domestic with USPS delivery confirmation within the United States. An email is sent when your order is shipped with your shipping information - if you have not received this information, please contact the shop.

- Shipping within the USA is typically 2 to 4 business days depending on location with First Class Domestic. The orders ship from NYC.

- I happily ship to international countries! Please consider insurance though when ordering outside the United States. I currently can not track or refund packages going out of the United States without additional shipping fees.

-I am able to upgrade orders to Priority Mail, Express Mail, UPS and even Fedex if necessary. Feel free to ask for these services if you'd like and I can send you a revised shipping price.

-Refund/Adjusting Shipping Costs
With orders that have alot of items(4+) - Etsy will usually calculate the shipping costs wrong and overcharge the buyer way tooooo much. Not fair for you! I happily refund any overcharges through paypal.

-Shipping Insurance. I strongly suggest shipping insurance which covers up to $100 and costs only $1.10 USD for a package mailed in the United States, and $2.10 USD for international orders. Please contact me directly for insurance - I can not list this upgrade in my shop easy as a product anymore. Rules be rules!

Refunds and Exchanges

Please be aware of the refund policy for my shop before ordering. It can greatly effect your satisfaction and overall happy face if something happens to go wrong. Packages do get lost in the mail, it's rare - 98% arrive quickly and safely. Don't become that 2% that USPS goofs up.

Within the United States:
All orders are shipped using USPS First Class Domestic Rate with Delivery Confirmation. An email is sent out with this information once the order has been shipped. Delivery Confirmation allows both the shop and buyer to confirm the delivery or location of the package. Refunds are based on the 'Delivery Confirmation' status of the package.

If the package is declared "Delivered" - the package has been delivered. Please ask others in your home, neighbors, and postal carrier if they have seen the package. No refund shall be given.

If the package is declared "Arrived at Unit" - the package has not been delivered. It is at your local post office. If "Arrived at Unit" is more than 3 days, print out the delivery confirmation information and go to your local office and ask for the package. They have to find it for you. No refund shall be given otherwise.

If the package reads as in transit, the package is stuck in the large and confusing organs of USPS. After 15 business days (3 weeks) of shipment date, if the package has not dislodged itself and arrived/changed status it is safe to say the package was lost by USPS. You will received a refund for the order.

***Please consider shipping insurance, signature confirmation and/or priority mail for your order if you have any concerns about your package arriving safely and more importantly on time.

Outside the United States:
All orders are shipped using USPS First Class International. I currently can not track packages going out of the United States using this rate. Packages outside the United States can take up to 3 weeks to arrive - sometimes more because of customs. If the package does not arrive to it's destination, no refund will be given unless shipping insurance is purchased.

***Please consider shipping insurance, tracking and/or priority mail for your order if you have any concerns about your package arriving safely and more importantly on time.

Exchanges and unhappy face casualities:
If there is a problem with your order please email/convo me directly. I am super open to dealing with unhappy faces very quickly and compassionately. I am a firm believer that the buyer and seller are not a robots (bad/neutral feedback use = robotic).

Additional Policies and FAQs

Do you do any wholesale?
Yes! I am currently accepting wholesale orders. Please contact me for specs and information.

Can you customize one of your cards/puppets for me?
I currently and sadly can not do custom orders / commissions for any puppets or cards.

Can I pay for my order without using Paypal?
Yes! You can pay for your order using a credit card through Google Checkout. Please contact me so I can send you an invoice through email.

Can I substitute a card ordered for another card I've seen elsewhere?
I do not offer order substitutions. Please do not order one card/puppet and then ask for a different one because it was not stocked in the shop. Please contact me beforehand if you do not see something in stock.

My order is missing something?
Human error! Please quickly email me and I will happy resolve the problem.

There is a problem with my order can I return or exchange it?
Please email/convo me. I am super open to dealing with unhappy faces very quickly and compassionately. I am a firm believer that the buyer and seller are not a robots (please don't cut me off by giving me ill feedback - it's robotic).

How do you make your cards?
I design, illustrate and plan all my cards and puppets. Once printed, I hand cut each individual part and glue them myself with my tiny marshmallow fingers. All my cards are handmade by me.

Can you send me my card quickly! I need it for etc etc?
Typically yes! Just email me the circumstances and expect a quick response. I'm fully aware and happy that my popup cards are usually given as gifts. It's very important that you get the cards in time.

Are your fingers really made from marshmellows?
Absolutely.
