Payment is accepted via PayPal only.

Shipping

Unless otherwise noted, items are typically shipped via first class US mail within five business days of receipt of payment. Shipping insurance can be added for a small additional price. Please convo me before buying so that price can be adjusted accordingly. REFUNDS/REPLACEMENTS FOR ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR ITEMS THAT ARE NOT INSURED.

Refunds and Exchanges

We do our best to make sure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If you receive an item from LunaScuraArts and are unhappy with it, please contact us within 14 days of the shipping date and we will gladly refund the purchase price minus shipping*, but ask that you cover the return shipping on the item. Your refund will be given once we receive the returned item.
