Payment

i accept and prefer paypal, however, i am willing to accept cash IF and only IF it is local and a drop off or pick up is arranged.

Shipping

i ship the least expensive option via usps and usually use recycled packaging. shipping upgrades are available upon request, as well as insurance and delivery confirmation.

international shipping is available upon request and PLEASE convo me before purchasing an item! you will be responsible for all shipping costs, and i will provide you with a photograph of the receipt and customs form number for tracking.

Refunds and Exchanges

refunds and exchanges are negotiable and i have no general policy, it depends on the individual item. i am open to discussing refunds and/or exchanges if the item was grossly misrepresented, if there is damage during shipping, or if there is something wrong with the item that i did not see. i will not accept returns because something does not fit or if you change your mind. please feel free to contact me if you need additional information about any items, including measurements or additional photos.
