All artwork is 100% originally designed by me, Erik Endres. No stock artwork is used.

Payment

Payment is acceptable through either PayPal, or money order/personal check. Services will not begin until money is in hand (e-checks must be cleared).

If you would like something custom, I will most likely be able to do it, just feel free to send me a conversation about it.

Payment Plans are possible. Please send me a conversation and we can work out the fine details.

TERMS OF USE ..................................................................................................

I reserve all rights in design services. You may not manipulate or alter a design, or ask any other person to do so. It will be taken as copyright infringement.

The only service not included in this term of use, is logo design. You will then obtain exclusive & unlimited rights to use the logo only. The banner and other designs will not be held under this term of use and still may not be changed. You may ask to purchase the copyright if interested.

Also, when you purchase a banner, if you only paid for one banner that is all you get, not the others I created for you during the design process. If you would like to use the others, let me know and we can work something out with the price. I will give unlimited choices while we are working on the design, but after you say something along the lines that 'this banner is the one', that’s it.

Satisfaction policy is a show of my dedication to the art. Take into consideration the time, effort and creativity put into each piece. If I feel the policy is being taken granted of, limits will be put in place and extra expenses will be required for more work.

Shipping

Turnaround time, for custom design services, ranges from one to fifteen business days, depending on the intricacy of the design requested and the speed of communication.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will not refund money on works in progress. Once you have clicked "buy", have paid, and we have begun work on your purchase, you cannot cancel the transaction.
