It's important to us that your purchase finds its way to you as smoothly as possible. Please convo us with any concerns and/or special requests. We'll try to accomodate them as much as possible.

Payment

Payment is accepted through PayPal. Please convo us before paying if you:
-want to combine shipping on multiple purchases
-want faster shipping
-want postal insurance

Otherwise, please pay immediately after purchasing.

Shipping

Items will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt of payment. If we're unable to ship within this time period, we'll convo you to let you know.

If the Etsy "ship to" address does not match the PayPal shipping address, please confirm shipping address in "notes to seller" or by sending us a convo.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Refunds and Exchanges

We want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, for whatever reason, please contact us within 14 days of receipt if you would like to make a return. Item(s) must be returned in original condition and shipped in protective packaging. Return postage paid by buyer. We'll be happy to issue a refund for the purchase price.
