Miss SEAMS is kindof a radical about the anti-sweatshop movement. All of our Clothing and Accessories are completely made in the US in a glamorous workroom with heat & ac by highly trained skilled workers (Miss SEAMS herself in other words). Someday we'll have lots of other well paid workers :)

Payment

Money Order in US Dollars or Credit Card which we can process over the phone. We're not taking Paypal anymore due to etsy's inability to make a clean transaction for either of us.
Please allow a mininum of 12 Weeks between Order and Shipping on Custom Orders!

Shipping

We use the US Post, and the expense is due to the Oversized Box we ship in for Gowns! Insurance up to $500. will be provided for US Orders.

Overseas Shipping: There is No Insurance for items shipped outside the US and items are Non-Traceable once they leave the US. Items will be listed as "Business" on the Customs Forms and we are NOT responsible for ANY Duty Charges you might pay to receive your item.

Refunds and Exchanges

NO Returns/Refunds/Exchanges on Clothing sold over the Internet! All Items are Final Sale. Shipping Damages or Losses should be handled through the US Postal Service: hence the Insurance.

ALL SALES are in US Dollar$, please check your current currency exchange rates for overseas sales and do the math!

SEAMS cannot do Long Distance Alterations on our Ready to Wear Clothing. Anything marked Clearance or Sample is sold in AS IS Condition.
