Hi! I'm Alison, and my goal is to give you a nice selection of well-designed and well-crafted jewelry at very reasonable prices. I like to think that you'd pay much more for similar pieces elsewhere.

For the most part my designs are very simple, usually a bit modern, sometimes whimsical.

Bringing you stylish, quality pieces at low prices is a challenge that I really enjoy. I choose my components carefully to achieve maximum impact for the price without sacrificing quality.

Payment

I prefer payment by PayPal; it's really the best choice for buyer and seller. Google checkout is an option. You'll need to give me a convo or a note in the comments section of your purchase.

If PayPal just isn't going to work for you, please give me a convo and we will work something out.

Tennesee residents making payment through PayPal will be charged sales tax. If you are taking delivery in Tennessee and using a payment method other than PayPal please let me know. I will have to send you a separate invoice that includes the sales tax amount.

If you have any problems or concerns, please convo me through Etsy.

Shipping

I ship using USPS First Class Mail. I use the address that you provide me through Etsy at checkout. I don't provide delivery confirmation because it's an additional cost and I have found the service to be somewhat unreliable.

I hand address your package, then weigh it and purchase postage through the automated postal machine, and drop it right in the slot myself. (Actually, for some reason, I get a big charge out of this!) Occasionally I take it to the counter and let the postal employee do it.

I do my best to get your package in the mail within 24 - 48 hours of receiving your cleared payment. Sometimes life intervenes and it takes a bit longer. On the whole, I do pretty well.

Refunds and Exchanges

I carefully handcraft my earrings using high quality materials. I want you to be satisfied! Please contact me if there is a problem with your order.

I don't have a specific refund/exchange policy, but I feel confident we can work something out to your satisfaction. Please let me know!

Additional Policies and FAQs

Please use Etsy's convo system if you need or want to get in touch with me. I am quite good at checking convos, but I don't check my emails as frequently.
