All of Inner Fae Creations are hand created using the finest materials (clay, vintage/nickle free brass and silver, as well as glass and Czech stones and crystals. Your satisfaction is incredibly important to me; therefore, I make every effort to communicate and bring you the finest jewelry and artistic pieces possible. OOAK pieces mean one of a kind. They will never be duplicated and are signed and numbered by the artist. I specialize in making mushroom sculpts, which may have a similar look (as is my style) but the theme of the mushroom will never be duplicated.

Payment

At this time, I only accept pay pal for payment. I will ship within 3 days of cleared payment (but usually within 24 hours).

Shipping

All items are shipped within 3 business days of cleared paypal payment, but usually within 24 hours. Shipping within the United States and Canada is First Class USPS if under 1 lb. If over 1 lb, the item must be sent priority mail (Most, if not all of my items are under one pound and everything is weighed before hand. Shipping rates are reflected per item). Priority Mail shipments to Canada begin at $12.00 (flat rate envelope) and go higher depending upon weight (as told to me by USPS). Tracking and insurance is only provided to items shipped within the United States (Per USPS). It is my understanding that tracking and insurance cannot be provided on Canadian or any other international shipments unless the item is sent priority mail box and this does not apply to flat rate priority mail envelopes. Priority Mail box shipping to any other place other than USA begins at $40.00 (Per USPS). Therefore, if you are from Canada or any other country and wish to purchase from IFC, and the item is under 1 lb, AND you do not wish to have the item sent priority mail box due to cost, you are purchasing at your own risk, as tracking and insurance are not provided per USPS policies. It is my understanding that standard shipping takes 5 to 10 business days. But please allow up to 3 weeks. Priority mail within the US is 2 to 3 days and always comes with tracking and insurance (provided by IFC). I charge a minimal amount for supplies (i.e. bubble wrap/tissue paper/mailing envelopes and this is reflected w/in the shipping price. And, paypal/etsy also charge me fees for what I sell, so, if I mail something that you paid $5.00 shipping but it only cost $2.50 to actually ship, keep in mind the other costs as they are figured in to that $5.00 quote). Either way, I try to be fair.

All OOAK sculptures, will be sent Priority Mail within the US and outside of the US regardless, due to weight. Certain restrictions apply and will be marked on a per item basis. Therefore, if a sculpt says SHIP WITHIN USA ONLY, that is what it means-no international will be offered unless specified and the cost to ship will be clearly defined.

Please note, in the five years I sold from a well-known auction site, I never had any issues with lost, stolen or damaged items. The information on rates, insurance and tracking was provided to me by the USPS.

Refunds and Exchanges

United States ONLY-You may return your purchase for a refund within 10 days of your receipt, BUT ONLY IF THE ITEM(S) IS DAMAGED or grossly misrepresented. Both of which should not occur as I do my very best to represent my jewelry/art and supplies with accurate photography and all items are packed exceptionally well. Also, I provide tracking information to make sure that your package arrives safely, therefore, I know the date it arrives to you). If for some reason, your item does arrive damaged and you do wish to return it, I ask that you contact me first via the contact the seller link, not the feedback link. I ask that you provide the same courtesy that I do you (ex-tracking must be purchased on your end). This lets you know when I have received the returned merchandise. Only then, will a refund for purchase price and shipping be issued. If you do not do this, I have know way of knowing if item is being returned and you have no way of knowing it has arrived to me. I do not exchange items. I feel that most situations can be resolved without negativity.

CANADA AND INTERNATIONAL-Anything sent standard mail is not trackable or insurable per US Postal guidelines; therefore, I am not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged merchandise. Refunds will not be issued. My apologies for this inconvenience. And as stated above, Priority Flat Rate envelopes are not trackable or insurable per USPS guidelines. Stinks, I know, but again, I did not make the rules.

Now, with all of that being said....Let me just say that I do my very best to package my jewelry and art appropriately. I have shipped items for over five years (from another well known auction site) and never had an issue with items being damaged, lost or stolen.
