Thank you for supporting handmade! I am hesitant to call my shop a business, rather I handle each transaction as though I were sending something to a dear friend. I make each object with thought and care and it is a great pleasure for me to be able to send these to people all over the world!

That said, here is all of that boring technical stuff you might have a question about:

Payment

Check or paypal accepted. Any purchases made without payment will be canceled after five days. International import taxes or custom fees are the buyer's responsiblility.

Shipping

Orders are sent out within three days of payment with the exception of custom or made upon order purchases. Usually I mail orders by the very next day. If you need an order rushed just let me know! Packages are sent via USPS first class (3-5days). Insurance is not included, if you would like to add insurance I will have to send you an updated invoice. I am not responsible for lost orders but please contact me if this becomes an issue.

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final. If you are hesitant about purchasing something, feel free to contact me before your purchase. I want you to be a happy daskaninchen buyer!
