Welcome to my shop! This is where you will find answers to questions regarding my shop policies for payment, shipping and other general info.
I am a one woman design, production, and administrative team and work hard to ensure you have a great experience and a well crafted and original piece of jewelry.
Please read over my shop policies prior to placing your order. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact me.
Payment
I accept Paypal for payment, which also allows for payment with major credit cards. Your payment is due at the time you place your order.
Items will not be shipped until payment has been received and cleared.
Any work on custom items will not begin until payment has been received and cleared.
Please note if you are paying via eCheck, this method usually takes a week to clear, so please keep this in mind when ordering.

Shipping
PLEASE double check your shipping address!
ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED TO THE ADDRESS YOU PROVIDE TO ETSY, unless you specify otherwise. If the address in Paypal and Etsy do not match, I will ship to the Etsy address by default.
I cannot be held responsible for any packages not delivered due to incorrect addresses or postal codes.

Most in stock items will ship within 2-3 days of receiving payment. Some items may take several additional days depending on current inventory.
For CUSTOM orders, please allow 1-2 weeks prior to shipping (unless otherwise stated). If your order is needed sooner, please understand that rush fees may apply to expedite and prioritize your order depending on my current order volume.
Please notify me in the 'notes to seller' on your order if you have a particular date when you need to have your jewelry in your hands. I will do everything I can to get it to you on time given enough notice.

DOMESTIC orders (within the US) are shipped via USPS Priority Mail which usually takes 2-3 days. The shipping rates, delivery confirmation and packaging are included with your shipping costs.
Insurance, Overnight or Express shipping service (if available in your area) will require additional shipping fees. Please notify me prior to payment if you desire any additional services so that I can provide a revised invoice reflecting the correct shipping charges.

INTERNATIONAL orders in Canada, EU and non-EU countries are shipped Registered International First Class and includes packaging costs. This will provide you with a tracking number and is approximately 7-14 days of in transit time. I will email this to you upon your order shipping.
INTERNATIONAL orders OUTSIDE Canada, EU and non-EU countries will ship with the most secure and economical method based upon the destination country. If there is a great difference in the actual shipping cost from what I have charged you, I will refund you the difference. You will be notified once your order has shipped.
International recipients may be required to pay customs fees or duties. You are responsible for paying the fees incurred in your respective countries. I must list the value of the item when shipping, and cannot legally ship a package marked as 'gift' to avoid these duties.
I cannot be held responsible for any customs delays or lost packages.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, and I guarantee quality craftsmanship. However, if for whatever reason you are not satisfied, you must contact me within 3 days of receiving your item. Item must be returned in it's original unworn condition, and packaged carefully. You will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred in the return of the item. I will refund the cost of the item as originally purchased minus original shipping charges.
I CANNOT accept returns for earrings, or custom orders. These sales are final.
If you have purchased a ring, and you find you have ordered the incorrect size, I will be happy to resize the ring, for a fee. You will be responsible for all shipping costs and a resizing fee.
If for some reason there is an error in your order, please notify me right away and I will remedy the situation.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Wholesale inquiries are welcome with a valid tax ID number, and information about your shop. Websites and store photos to refer to are always beneficial to get an idea if my work is a good fit with your shop.
