Hi there! My name is Rachel Wright & I am dedicated to thoughtful design. I love to wear comfortable, well-made, stylish clothes, so that is what I make. Please see my bio for a more thorough description of my philosphy & approach to crafting.

Payment

I will accept Paypal, money orders, or personal checks. Personal checks take longer, because I wait 10 days after they are deposited before shipping the item. I require that payment be made 3 days after the sale.

Shipping

Domestic shipping: I use USPS First Class Mail, but if you need the item sooner, please contact me & we will work it out.
International Shipping: I use USPS by First Class Mail International to Canada & anywhere else in the world. If you wish to upgrade shipping, let me know & we will work it out.

Refunds and Exchanges

I am confident that you will be pleased with your purchase. Should the need arise for a return, we will work together to ensure your satisfaction. I will accept returns within 30 days of the sale for a full refund, minus the shipping cost.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I love a challenge! If you have a garment you want embellished, or a certain color or size, let's work together on it. I also love to "Frankenstein" two garments into one.

I share my home with 7 cats. (You read that correctly: seven!) I make every attempt to keep the garments away from the little darlings, and when I package my goods. I use a sticky roller to remove all the fur I can. However, if you have a cat allergy, let me know & I can arrange to have your garment washed & packaged in a cat-free environment. (Fortunately, Mom lives real close!)
