Shipping

Shipping is $2 (for all orders, no matter how large) within the continental United States. Outside of the lower 48 all oredes are $6. Your order will be shipped through USPS (postal service). If you need to get your order faster – say, if you have a jewelry emergency – I can charge you for overnight shipping, just send me a convo.

Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, just return it within a week. I’ll give you a full refund minus shipping costs. After a week, I’ll be happy to repair any item – as long as you have all the original pieces. Keep in mind that many of my beads are vintage or one-of-a-kind and thus, irreplaceable. Please email me at jadescott [!at] cox.net before you send a return or repair.
