Payment

Payment is by Paypal (you can pay with a credit card through Paypal without having a Paypal account!) and U.S. Postal money order.

Shipping

Shipping is now by Priority flat rate unless specified by the customer.
I am more than willing to ship by Parcel Post, the slower, less expensive method if you want. Simply make your purchase with the words "Parcel Post" in the Message from the buyer section but do not pay. I will calculate the shipping cost and send you a revised Paypal request for payment.
Unfortunately, Parcel Post is only available for the United States of America.
Delivery confirmation is always included.

Refunds and Exchanges

I strive to list my items accurately but I'm more than willing to refund or exchange if you are not pleased with your purchase. All I ask is that you ship the purchase back to me in the same condition as I shipped it. I will then do a refund via Paypal.
Any request for exchange or refund must be received by convo within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days no item will be accepted as a return. No refunds will be issued.

I'm always open to requests and custom orders of all kinds.
However, I don't do wholesale or consignment. (Only because I really, really don't like making hundreds of the same thing!)

I'm a compulsive convo/email checker so even though I do not relist daily as some do, I am "in my shop" nearly full time.
