Payment

I accept Paypal or RME (revolutionmoneyexchange.com) payments.

If you'd like to pay with your RME account, select "Other" for your payment method upon checkout, and supply the email address you use for your RME account in your message to seller. I will then send you an invoice for amount due via RME!

Shipping

If you'd like delivery confirmation and/or insurance on any items you purchase from me, send me a conversation requesting these additions to your shipping cost.

I recommend insurance for pricier items especially, as I cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items once I've put them in the care of the U.S. Postal Service.

I generally ship all my items out via USPS first class mail, or priority mail if it's a larger item (i.e. a scarf). If you'd like any item to be sent by some other than what is specified in its description, please specify how you'd like it sent prior to making the purchase, so that I can adjust the shipping cost for you prior to purchase.

Also in regards to shipping, if the amount I charge you ends up being $3.00 or more than the actual shipping cost, I will refund you the difference. So, for instance, if you're charged $5.00 and shipping your item to you ends up costing $2.00, I'll refund you the $3.00 difference via PayPal.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will accept returns for a number of valid reasons. I require a message from the buyer, stating the reason for wanting to return the item. The buyer will be required to send the item back to me if I accept the return. Upon receiving the returned item, I will issue a refund to the buyer's Paypal or RME account (whichever you paid with) minus the initial shipping cost and the listing and selling fees imposed by Etsy.

In regards to damaged items, I may provide a refund or exchange based on the circumstances involved in the damage. You should contact me immediately in regards to your damaged item and explain the situation.

Sales Tax for New Jersey Buyers Only:
If you live in the state of New Jersey and buy from me, please be aware that I will need to charge you 7% sales tax on the cost of the item plus shipping for everything but scarves, wrist warmers, ties and wrist cuffs, which may result in an alteration to your invoice.

***Please Note: While my items are made in an environment that contains cats, they do NOT come in direct contact w/the animals.
