Welcome! I make all designs by hand in limited quantities and each order will be shipped within 1-3 days. Orders are packaged in organza pouches and wheat colored boxes. I generally package 2 items in one box. Please leave a note should you need separate packaging for each item.

Gift Packaging (organza pouch and mesh tin) is available.

Payment

Checks, money orders, and credit card payments through paypal are accepted. Checks must clear before orders are shipped.

Shipping

Orders will ship to the address you enter during checkout at ETSY, not to your billing (i.e. Paypal) address.

Shipping to all places in the United States is $3.50 (that includes multiple items in one order) with insurance and delivery confirmation. New York residents will be charged 8.375% sales tax.

Shipping to all areas outside of the United States will be $10.00. These items will be sent insured via registered mail.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of original purchase. Ring and chain re-sizing can usually be made free of charge (customer pays return shipping). Please contact me with any concerns or requests.
