Welcome to Charmed, I'm Sure Jewelry Designs, your Etsy shop for handmade furnace glass (cane glass) and lampwork jewelry. I specialize in unique earring designs, but you will also find bracelets, necklaces, pendants, and charms for sale here.

I try to keep a large selection listed, but if you don't find what you are looking for, please contact me through e-mail or a convo (conversation). I would be happy to discuss a custom design with you.

Many times a particular design can be given a new look by using different beads. I love the challenges of custom orders, so please contact me if you have something in mind.

Payment

I prefer PayPal, but will accept U.S. Post Office money orders. Shipment will be delayed until I receive payment if paying by money order.

Arizona residents: 8.1% sales tax will be added during PayPal checkout.

Shipping

Discounted shipping is applied automatically with the second and subsequent purchases. Buy more and save! Just be sure to make only one PayPal payment for all of your purchases.

If you would like insurance for shipping within the U.S., please add $1.70 to your payment, for value up to $50.00, or $2.15 for value of $50.01-$100.

Canadian buyers: I will ship International First Class Mail unless you request otherwise. Please be aware of your country's custom duties and taxes on items shipped from the U.S. You will be responsible for whatever amounts are assessed. I will fill out customs forms accurately and truthfully.

Local Tucson buyers: if we can work out an in-person delivery plan, I will be glad to send a revised invoice or refund your shipping and handling fees.

I usually ship within 24-48 hours of receiving payment by First Class Mail in a bubble envelope with delivery confirmation. If you would prefer Priority Mail, please contact me for rates.

Refunds and Exchanges

I doubt that you will want to return any of my jewelry once you see it in person, but please let me know if there is an issue and I will work with you to resolve it to your satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is very important to me.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Most of my bracelets and necklaces can be resized if needed, but convo or e-mail me *before* purchase if you need a larger size, to make sure that I have extra beads available. In some cases, a slight design change may be necessary.

You may be wondering how I can offer special price earrings for only $10. Are these seconds or inferior earrings? No. Since I buy furnace glass beads in bulk, by the pound, I am able to pass the savings on to buyers. All of my jewelry features the same excellent workmanship and quality materials. Take a chance. Enjoy.

*NOTE*--All earrings now have hand-formed 20 gauge sterling silver ear wires, although I am not redoing the older photos.
