Payment

Right now I can only accept paypal.

Shipping

I ship fiber via Priority Mail and Stitch Markers via First Class Mail (Domestic). I include Delivery Confirmation on all Priority Mail.

I now ship internationally! Prices are for Priority mail, see below if you would rather have it shipped via first class mail. Please note I do not have control on how long it takes to reach you via first class.

If you would like me to ship first class instead of Priority please let me know, but there will be a handling fee since I do not keep most shipping materials on hand. To request first class mail please contact me first, check out, and I will send you a revised invoice. If you pay first I will send you a refund after shipping your items.

Refunds and Exchanges

I am happy to replace broken markers if they are broken in transit, please contact me and we will work something out.

Please contact me about returns on fiber.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Unless a fiber is marked super wash, please assume that it is not and will felt if machine washed!
