Payment

I prefer that payment be made via PayPal, where you can use your credit or debit card or pay via e-check. I also welcome personal checks, but please understand that it's necessary for me to wait approximately ten days for the check to clear before I can ship. I do NOT accept money orders of any sort.

Shipping

Shipping, both U.S. and overseas, is done via United States Postal Service Priority or Global Priority. I offer free insurance on all items over $100. If you have a rush order, please convo me. It's usually possible to ship via Express Mail, but there is an additional fee.

IF YOU'RE OVERSEAS it's important to understand that all customs duties are your responsibility as the recipient. They are set and collected by your country, in your country, and I don't have any control over them. I am truthful when filling out the customs forms.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase. Wire-wrapped rosaries are guaranteed for a lifetime of normal usage. Flexwire and corded rosaries are guaranteed for one year from date of purchase, as is jewelry. I try to retain a supply of replacement beads for each piece in case of accidental breakage. Please convo me if there is a problem with your purchase.
