Robincat's Shop Policies

Welcome to Robincat Handspun. I specialize in lighter weight 2-ply handspun yarns, spun on my Kromski Symphony. I try to buy hand-dyed rovings from several different indie dyers. Live in Austin, TX or nearby? Check out Gauge Knits for a larger selection of my yarns.

Payment

I accept Paypal (including credit card through Paypal) as well as money orders. Payment by Paypal must occur within 3 days or the order will be cancelled. Money orders must be received within 2 weeks and must clear before your order is shipped.

Texas residents are required to pay sales tax. An appropriate invoice will be sent to you if this applies.

Shipping

Orders will be posted within 72 hours of receipt of payment unless noted beforehand in the shop announcement.

Priority shipping is standard for US orders. If you would like to have your order shipped parcel post or express, please note this in your message to seller and I will send you a revised invoice.

Insurance is optional. Please send me a message if you require insurance on your package.

International orders will go by first class international unless otherwise requested. International orders will NOT be marked as "gift." The buyer is responsible for any customs or duty charges that your order may incur.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please contact me if there is a problem with your order.

I will refund yarn upon receipt of the merchandise after I check that the weight matches the weight at the date of sale.

Custom orders are welcome, provided I am comfortable with the fiber source you request. Please see my Alchemy page for more information.

If you are a fiber dyer and are interested in wholesaling fiber to me, please contact me via convo. I love to show off the lovely work done by independent fiber dyers.
