Hi and welcome to my little online shop, I'm a one women team here and love creating and making new things. I sell at local shops in my town but I also want to share my lovely creations to the rest of the world :)
All items are limited and not mass produced.

Payment

*Items placed for purchase must be paid within 2 days of order or all orders will be canceled.

* I accept Paypal only as payment.

* Important note to international buyers:
Lady YIng is not responsible for custom duties or import tariffs, taxes, or fees (or additional delays caused by customs.) Buyers, please be aware that you "may" be required to pay these additional charges when the package reaches your country. You may wish to contact your local customs office for estimates of these charges and for further information.
I am required by law to reveal the contents of international packages and to state the full value of the shipment on customs forms.

Shipping

*I strive to offer the best lowest ship rate I can, all item are shipped airmail
If shipping cost ends up being lower I am more then happy to refund the difference.

* Any items damaged by postal service will not be replaced by me. If you wish to add shipping insurance to your purchase please let me know.

*All items will be shipped out out within 3 business days otherwise noted. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery, overseas please allow up to 3 weeks or more for delivery.

*If you require faster shipping please contact me before purchase, I am more then happy to accommodate.

Refunds and Exchanges

* Sorry but there are no refunds or returns, I list my items with detail photographs and detailed description, if you have any concerns before purchase please contact me before hand

*I am not responsible for damaged goods during shipment
