Thank you for perusing maggiemoonchic. All items are hand-strung. If you have a special request, I'll be glad to help create that special item you are needing.

Payment

Payment is due within 48 hours of purchase I accpet PayPal, personal checks and money orders. If payment is made by personal check, item(s) will not be shipped until check clears.

Shipping

Items will be shipped withing one week after payment has cleared. If you need an item by a deadline of your own, please convo me first to be sure I can meet it.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds and exchanges will be done on a case by case basis. If there a problem develps with a purchased item, let me know so that I can determine how best to rectify the situation.
