Our sculpted pieces are all handcrafted, involving hours of work. We strive to create unique heirloom quality pieces which can be passed down through the years. They are meant to live in your homes and inspire a sense of joy and whimsy.

Payment

PayPal is the preferred method of payment, and currently the only method we accept.

Shipping

We ship three times a week via USPS (United States Postal Service), Monday - Friday. If you would like delivery confirmation for your package please request it in a "conversation".

I ship Priority, First Class and International. If you are in the States, your package should arrive in about 3-4 days. If you are International it can vary, but it usually takes no longer than 10 days.

Refunds and Exchanges

All our products are completely handmade and one-of-a-kind (unless otherwise stated). Buyers are expected to read an item's entire description, view all associated images, and ask any questions before buying. That said, each situation is different so refunds and exchanges are made on a case-by-case basis. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any trouble with your order and we'll work it out through a "conversation".

Additional Policies and FAQs

Allergy sufferers: Please note that we work in a pet-friendly environment and have a dog. He is kept away from items that we are working on and are for sale. But please keep this in mind if you are very sensitive to dogs.
