Thank you for visiting Feltland. I try to list new items everyday but, if you don't find what you are looking for, please, send me a convo telling me what you would like and we can talk about it.

Payment

I only accept PayPal. I would really appreciate your payment at the moment of the purchase but you have 3 days to make your payment. If, for any reason, you can't do it, please just let me know as soon as possible.

Shipping

Your order will be sent as soon as possible (generally I take only 1 or 2 days to send your item/s).

PLEASE - if you have two different addresses (one for Paypal and another one for Etsy), please send me a convo as soon as you buy your item, telling me where I must send your order to (I generally use the address given by Paypal). If you don't tell me where your order must go to and I receive it back - I'm really sorry but you'll have to pay the shipping costs again.

Additional Policies and FAQs

All my items come from a smoke-free home. I have got a pet, though he doesn't "visit" my working place (for a puppy all my yarn balls would be a huge temptation)I thought you should know about our new family member.
