Payment

Paypal.....or mail a check. Do make sure you make it past all the payment steps, the sooner you are paid up the faster we ship out!

Shipping

I ship when the "payment received" button has been clicked off in my sold section. Items that are listed are already made, and ship off once they are boxed up. Pieces are packed with care as ceramics prefer a gentle ride. I use the US Postal Sevice and I have had great results. A standard size and weight piece from the shop will ship PRIORITY MAIL, and is expected (although not promised) to arrive in 2-3 business days. Please give about ten days before contacted me with concerns. Rain, Sleet, snow..et all.

Refunds and Exchanges

With an unscientific mental scan of past sales I would put a breakage rate at under one percent. But if it does happen ..gasp.. let me know. Burial arrangements will be made for the brave ceramic object, and we can chat replacement.
