Welcome to the Enchanted Forest!
All of my creations are handmade by me. Great care and love go into each piece. I am something of a perfectionist, so you can expect to receive an item of very high quality.

Payment

I prefer payment through PayPal at the time of purchase.
If you do not pay when you purchase an item, I will hold the order for 5 days. If you have not paid in that time frame, I will cancel the order and re list the item.
I do accept PayPal e-checks or personal checks, but will not ship the item until the funds have cleared. So be aware that it will take quite a bit longer for your purchase to arrive.

Shipping

I ship First Class to save on shipping costs.
According to the Postal Service, the deadline for shipping either First Class or Priority in time for Christmas is December 20th. I will continue to ship First Class through that date.
Many of my items are shipped on the same day that they are purchased. If not, they are shipped the next day (Sundays and Holidays excluded, of course.)
I use delivery confirmation on all of my shipments and will email you with your tracking number when your package has been shipped.

SHIPPING TO CANADA AND OTHER COUNTRIES
I do ship to countries other than the United States.
Please take into consideration that packages going from the U.S. to other countries, including Canada, must go through customs and will take extra time to arrive.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, let me know. I will accept returns if the item is still in new condition and you pay the return shipping.

CUSTOM ORDERS
I do accept custom orders. Contact me and let me know what you would like. I will list the item on Etsy as a custom order for you when it is finished.
FEEDBACK
Please leave feedback after your order arrives. You can do so by logging on to Etsy, click "your etsy and then click "feedback".
I will leave feedback for you as a buyer.
