Hi! My name is Lucy and I live in glorious Norfolk, England.

I love making jewellery so much that I turned it into my career :) It may have started off as a relaxing hobby, but I got so absorbed in my love of beads and all things pretty that doing it professionally seemed like the only thing to do. I do have a very short attention span though, but this is good as it pretty much guarentees a very limited supply of any one piece, if not makes it one of a kind. I love fiddling with things and using old vintage pieces to create something new; charms, pretty beads, dangly bits of chain - I'm a terrible magpie and I hoard it all.

Payment

Payment is accepted via Paypal for all orders - for UK orders only, payment can be made via cheque or postal order.

For orders paid for with Paypal, payment is expected immediately but please do contact me if there are any problems and we can work something out - I don't mind a wait if there is some communication!

Shipping

Shipping within the UK is via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery and so will require a signature upon arrival. If posting to a work address would be easier, let me know.

For international orders placed outside the UK, shipping is via standard air mail (NO TRACKING) and can take up to 3 weeks, although this is rare. Orders within Europe tend to arrive within 5 days and everywhere else (including USA) averages around 10 days.

Tracking is available as an optional upgrade - the only option available for full tracking outside the UK is Royal Mail's AirSure service. Additional fees vary depending upon the order but is normally an ADDITIONAL 4.50GBP (around $9). This service is also fully insured.

Please be aware that occasionally packages get caught up in customs - any customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you'd like a shipping upgrade, just drop me a convo after you've paid and I can send along an invoice for the extra!

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be over the moon with your purchase so if it's not suitable, please email or convo me to arrange a refund or exchange within 5 days of receiving your package.

If items are damaged in transit, I'm happy to replace but I will need photographs of the damage or alternatively, the piece to be returned to me.

These dates are supplied by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed!

Wholesale is available - please convo me with your requirements along with details of your business etc.

Stockists within the UK may request the EE wholesale kit which includes feedback, company bio, press reviews, price list and best seller reports. I'm happy to email this information on to any potential stockists outside the UK upon receiving information about your business.
