Welcome to my little shop- and thank you for visiting!
There are so many lovely things to browse on Etsy- I appreciate your interest in my work.

Many customers of mine buy items to send as gifts for new babies or children's birthdays. I am happy to gift-wrap, include a hand-written card with your message, and send it directly to the child if you'd like- all free of charge. Just let me know in the 'message to seller' box, and remember to include your personal message.

Here are a few things you might want to know before purchasing something.

Payment

I accept payments through Paypal only. It's not necessary to have a paypal account to do this- you can use your credit card to pay through the secure site. Please let me know if you're having problems doing this and I'll try and help if i can. Paypal is really user-friendly.

Immeadiate payment is appreciated, but please let me know if you'd rather pay later- I am happy to reserve items in my shop if you'd like. If no payment is made after three days, and I don't hear from you, I'll re-list the item.

Sometimes, customers don't realise that they haven't paid through paypal. You know if you've paid if you receive an email confirming the purchase from both Etsy, AND Paypal.

Shipping

Shipping from Norway tends to be very expensive, so in most cases I have underestimated those costs, and cover the extra myself. I don't charge anything for packaging or wrapping. I use easily recyclable materials- one layer of plastic and one of brown paper.

I try to ship out your purchase very quickly- usually the same day or the next one. Any orders made on the weekend will be shipped the next Monday morning. Packages seem to take 2-3 days to arrive to another European destination, and approx. one week to get to Asia, America, Australia and New Zealand.

Refunds and Exchanges

My primary objective is to make your shopping here as enjoyable and fair as possible. So...

If you're not happy with your item for any reason, please let me know, and we can work something out.

If there is a fault with the item (everything is handmade, and I'm human) then please let me know a.s.a.p, and i will send you a replacement as quickly as I can.

If you think your package might be lost in the mail, please let me know. Of 500 transactions, I've had 3 packages go missing. They've all turned up at their original destinations eventually, (about 2 months later) but it's been frustrating that they didn't arrive in good time. If it's been 3-4 weeks, and your item hasn't yet arrived, I'll send you another.
Because postal insurance is incredibly expensive here in Norway, it's easier for me to deal with it this way.

To NZ customers:
Thank you for such fantastic support over the last year. I know that the exchange rate makes everything in my shop very expensive for you now. I just wanted to say that I'm sorry, I can no longer convert back and adjust my prices to NZ dollars, because I live in Europe now. But thanks for your great support and encouragement!
